Pathfinder is an INCREDIBLE non-alcoholic apertif made from fermented and distilled hemp. It does not contain CBD. The production process is so intensive that buyers are limited to a purchase of one bottle per order.

Pathfinder’s product page states: “This ingenious spirit is fermented from hemp and carefully refined by copper pot distillation. The base liquid is then blended with an alchemy of wormwood, angelica root, ginger, sage, juniper, saffron, orange peel and wild-crafted Douglas-fir, as well as natural terpenes, to yield a revolutionary spirit of both character and complexity.“

The packaging is spectacular. It included a personalized note and was beautifully wrapped. It’s a lovely bottle to gift or display.

I was never an Amaro drinker, but according to the Sober Barkeep, this tastes like an Amaro. Pathfinder recommends drinking it in a spritz with 1/2 oz lemon juice per 2 oz Pathfinder and seltzer water. I enjoyed it neat and then used it in a delicious Black Manhattan, subbing it for the Amaro.
